1. No Refund Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
2. Modifications
- Changes to booking dates may be allowed based on availability, but are subject to approval by resort management.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
3. Force Majeure
In cases of extreme circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer alternative solutions at our discretion.
